Duties include:
- Line manage a team of Promotions/Project Coordinators and Promotions Assistant
- Oversee and manage all promotions being activated
- Coordinate meetings in support of projects for seamless activation
- Prepare presentations and post-activation reports/evaluations for promotions
- Work cross functionally with all personnel to ensure delivery at the highest level
- Review all reports prepared by the Promotions team prior to submission to clients
- Ensure all report and activation deadlines are met
- Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Full two (2) years’ experience as a Promotions/Projects Manager; or full five (5) years’ experience as a Promotions/Projects Coordinator
- BSc degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Project Management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be a team player
