Snr Brand Manager


The ideal candidates will have responsibility for:

  • Establishing, directing, developing and implementing the brand’s yearly marketing plan and recognizing the profitability and revenue impact of all business opportunities
  • Managing the budget for execution of brand plan, including measuring and monitoring ROI of brand investments
  • Analyzing key business metrics, prepare interpretations of analysis and recommend appropriate action
  • Executing and/or supporting the planning, organizing, and management of resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
  • Coaching and developing staff to ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators and targets


Academic Qualifications and Key Competencies include:


  • Post-graduate Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience across a broad background (sales promotion, geographic marketing, advertising agency, creative development)
  • Strong leadership skills, project management and people management skills
  • Strong strategic, analytic, financial, and consumer research skills
  • Consumer/Customer mindset and curiosity
  • Understanding of Selling process, Retail environment and Distribution network
  • Ability to communicate and work cross functionally
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
